United Nations Industrial Development Organisation ( UNIDO ) is implementiga successful business model in India under the name of "Cluster Development Program". Under this concept , a few companies, who are otherwise competitors of each other, come together under the umbrella of a “consortium” to do joint marketing in international markets. They have standardization of processes & quality in terms of manufacturing & marketing. In the process, they achieve economies of scale. The concept is highly successful in India & very well appreciated by importers worldwide.

In this direction we are bringing a 15 member Cotton Knitwear business delegation from Tirupur , THE KNIT CAPITAL OF INDIA to Germany , The Netherlands & Belgium from 23rd July to 3rd August 2005 .

The delegation is promoted by Textiles Committee , Ministry Of Textiles , Government Of India . The delegation is supported by The Embassy & Consulate General Of India office in Germany, The Nerherlands & Belgium .

Europe Success : In the Month Of January –2005 , we had led a Terry Towel business delegation from India to Germany & to The Netherlands . During this delegation visit , we received excellent support from the textile business community of Germany & The Netherland. Similar delegations have visited countries like Canada , South Africa , Dubai , China , Sri Lanka , Australia etc…..with good results …..win – win for both importers & exporters !
