Additional Activities :-
Development of a Consortium concept &
mechanism for lock enterprises in Aligarh for tapping the domestic
and export potential
Organize an awareness programme on enhancing
of exports under a Consortium mechanism.
Mobilize 10-20 lock manufacturing enterprises
in Aligarh for participation in the marketing consortium.
Conduct training program for the Consortium
members to prepare them for complying with the product, quality
and procedural requirements of the Consortium.
Identification of target export markets for
promotion of export of Indian mechanical locks and:-
- Provide buyers with product information
and samples
- Identify specific product requirements of target buyers
- Advise consortium members in contract negotiation process
Facilitate publishing of common brochures
and other documentation for export market.
Arrange and accompany the delegation (of
Consortium members) to at least two target markets for exposure
on marketing & other needs for tapping the export potential.
2-days Buyer seller meets in the overseas
target markets, during delegation visits for:-
- identification & negotiation for export
orders.
- Facilitate booking of orders and establishment of long term
links with buyers.
To provide consultancy & assistance to Consortium members
to handle all the aspects of marketing relating to men, material
management and market development, for execution of the export
orders.
To coordinate and assist the consortium members
in networking of institutions, industry associations and building
partnerships for development of new markets
Prepare a report on the Consortium model,
giving details of results & achievements for sustainable
market development.
