THE PLAN

Step 1 : We organize group SENSITISATION meetings of lock manufacturers & traders in Aligarh & present before them , the global market size for EXPORT OPPORTUNITY.

Step 2 : We present the model of export consortia being practiced in several clusters in India & abroad , where Cluster Pulse is a part of the promotion & ongoing work. Success stories & failure stories will be demonstrated.

Step 3: We conduct one to one meetings for 15-20 minutes with each participating company , who are present in the SENSITISATION meetings ,in Aligarh & try to form an export consortia of 6-8 manufacturers & traders.
